Benelli MP90S 22 lr target pistol w/case sn:00265B

Up for auction is a Benelli Mp90S target pistol in 22 LR.  4 3/8″ barrel with a bright bore. Target sights. One factory magazine is present. Discreet import marked on bottom of the magazine well PRI Garden City KS. Target  grips are present. Case is present missing some of the internals. Cleaning kit with misc tools and Manuel are present. Nice setup. Thank you Postrock Guns and Militaria #58B.

1. FFL Required.  Shipping to HI and AK is higher but we will be fair.

2. The winning bidder will have a 3 day inspection. If unhappy, return item (as sent) for a full refund minus shipping and sales tax.

3. If you bid and win, the item is yours. Due to the fact that many people will not pay for an item after the item is won, restocking fees are $20, or 20%, whichever is greater.

5. We will provide answers to questions as well as additional information (if requested) to the best of our ability in a timely manner. We will also accept constructive criticism, however, if you are rude or obnoxious in these emails, we will not answer them.

6. We are FFL dealers, not gunsmiths. We have not testified nor checked headspace on any of these firearms. Please have your local gunsmith check out any firearm you purchase from us or any other used firearm you buy prior to shooting it.

7. PAYMENT IS POSTAL MONEY ORDERS OR GUNBROKER CHECKOUT ONLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS !! Sorry this will be a inconvenience to some but with the sales tax collected on internet sales it would be impossible for this business to keep up with sales tax changes. This means NO , no phone in credit cards, no checks of any kind i.e.. personal, bank checks cashiers checks, online check payments, gold, sliver or goats.

Ammunition Sales:
8. We will only ship ammunition to those who provide proof of age (driver’s license or other government identity) as well as a statement saying that there is no laws that prohibit you from owning said ammunition. If you are not willing to do so, we will send back your check. There are no acceptations to this.

9. Shipping Information:
Our goal is to ship your item as quickly we usually ship Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. We ship as soon as possible and will not be able to answer the following questions:

Have you received my money.

Have you shipped my item? All items are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent via stamps.com or an email by us depending on the carrier. We leave feedback as soon as the package ships unless we have trouble getting payment from you. (If you get feedback you were sent a tracking number)

We will also combine multiple items on the auctions to save on shipping:
We will notify the winning bidder within 24 hours. . Please make sure you have a valid email address. If you have not heard from us, please check your SPAM filters and feel free to call. Orders will be processed, 99.9% of the time, within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Thank you!

10. We will include a copy of our FFL license with all modern and C+R firearms purchases for your dealer. With your name on the outside of the box as well as on our FFL so your dealer knows to whom it is for. Please have your FFL holder sent us the FFL information as I have spent countless hours trying to get a FFL to send me their FFL. We will not contact them for you. If they are not willing to do so there are many FFL holders on Gunbroker who will be happy to help you out..

11. Correspondence is preferred by emails as there is a record to each conversation that saves error or a misunderstanding.

12. As in terms no 4. we are NOT interested in offers or willing to trade. We have to list this twice as we are getting way too many offers or questions to end auctions early. Read the terms before you bid.
